As an MS Dynamics CRM Senior Architect, you will provide technical leadership and
guidance in the design, development, and implementation of MS Dynamics CRM
solutions. Your primary responsibility is to architect scalable, high-performing, and
secure CRM solutions that align with business requirements. You will collaborate with
business stakeholders, developers, and administrators to deliver top-quality CRM
implementations.
Responsibilities
Lead the architecture design and development of MS Dynamics CRM solutions,
ensuring scalability, security, and performance.
Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather requirements, translate them
into technical specifications, and design effective solutions.
Provide technical expertise and guidance to development teams, ensuring
adherence to best practices and coding standards.
Design and implement integrations between MS Dynamics CRM and other
systems (ERP, marketing automation, customer service platforms). Define and enforce data governance policies to maintain data integrity and
security. Conduct code reviews and recommend optimizations for performance and
maintainability. Work closely with infrastructure teams to ensure proper deployment and
configuration of CRM environments. Stay updated with the latest MS Dynamics CRM features and advise on new
functionalities. Troubleshoot complex issues and provide timely resolutions. Mentor and coach junior team members, fostering their professional
development
Requirements Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related
field; Master’s degree is a plus. Minimum 8 years of experience in MS Dynamics CRM architecture and
implementation. Strong expertise in MS Dynamics CRM customization, configuration, and
integration.
Proficient in CRM architecture patterns, data modeling, security, and
performance optimization. Experience with development tools like C#, .NET, JavaScript, HTML/CSS,
plugins, and workflows. Knowledge of integration techniques including REST APIs, SOAP, and
middleware. Familiarity with cloud CRM platforms such as Dynamics 365 and Power
Platform. Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills. Microsoft certifications in Dynamics 365 CRM or related technologies are
highly desirable.
